It started with Rose’s Place.
The name is real, and so are the gardens.
Rose's Place was our first stay — the lower home at 816 East Center Street, and for years a welcoming place to land in Rochester. What guests remembered wasn't a slogan. It was the feeling of a home that was genuinely looked after, and the gardens Rose plants and tends around it.
When the house next door came available, we saw a chance to do more of the same rather than something bigger and colder. We added three more independent stays across the two homes — and Rose's Place quietly became Rose's Village.

The idea is simple. You can have a whole home to yourself, or you can bring your people and book the stay next door — close enough to share a garden and a dinner, with everyone keeping their own space. It's still Rose's gardens connecting it all.
