A small village on East Center Street.
Rose's Village is a handful of neighboring stays in a quiet residential pocket of Rochester — not a hotel, not a management company. Two homes stand side by side, holding four independent furnished accommodations between them.
Come as a couple and have a whole home to yourselves. Come as a family or a group, book the stay next door, and everyone keeps their own space while staying steps apart.

Four stays, each with its own character.
Every home has a full private kitchen, its own entrance, and room to settle in. Pick the one that fits — or the ones.

Rose's Place
The original stay — a welcoming main-floor home wrapped in Rose's gardens.

Rose's Loft
The upper home at 816 — bright and airy, a floor above the gardens.

Rose's Barnhouse
The lower home at 826 — barn-inspired interiors, grounded and warm.

Rose's Barn Loft
The upper home at 826 — barn-inspired, with the character of an upstairs perch.
One group. Room to breathe.
Because the homes are neighbors, you can scale the stay to the size of your group — without giving up privacy.
One stay
Couples & solo travelers. A whole home to yourself — full kitchen, living space, private entrance. Exactly like your favorite vacation rental.
Two stays
Families & friends. Book neighboring homes and stay side by side. Share the days, keep separate nights and your own space.
Three or four stays
Extended families & groups. Reserve most or all of the village. Everyone's together on one street, each with their own front door.
816 and 826, a few steps apart.
The two homes sit right next to each other on East Center Street — close enough to share a garden, separate enough to have your own.

It started with Rose’s Place.
Rose's Place was a welcoming Rochester stay wrapped in gardens that Rose tends herself. As the home next door joined the collection, Rose's Place grew into Rose's Village — four individual stays, all within steps of one another.
